Today I'm sharing a card I made using the paper piecing technique on a Window card. Other than a little bit of fussy cutting, this card is pretty quick and easy to make.

This fancy fold card is easy to make by cutting a hole in the card base - I used the Rectangle Stitched Framelits. The inside of the card is made with a second card base - this one 1/4" smaller than the outside card base. All stamping is done on the inside card base.

Instructions

Cut card base from Fresh Fig card stock (8 1/2" x 5 1/2") and fold in half.
Cut inside card base from Whisper White card stock (8 1/4" x 5 1/4") and fold in half
Cut window in the front of the outer card base using Rectangle Stitched Framelit
Stamp the image using Fresh Fig ink on the Whisper White inside card base in the centre of the opening
Stamp a second image using Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Designer Series Paper and cut the umbrella out.
Adhere over top of the umbrella on the stamped image on the inside card base using Snail
Stamp the inside sentiment using Fresh Fig ink.
Place the two card bases together with the Whisper White inside the Fresh Fig and tie a bow using twine to hold them together
Add sequin and pearls to front of card.
