Pretty Perennials

I'm sharing a pretty card I made featuring the Pretty Perennials Bundle.  This was a bundle that I wasn't sure I needed in my collection when I first saw it, but now that I have it, I'm absolutely loving it!  


I used Pool Party, Bumblebee, Pretty Peacock and Poppy Parade for my colours.  Isn't this pretty!  The background is sponged with Whisper White Craft Ink using a template punched out from the Ice Cream Cone Punch and then embossed using the Subtle embossing folder.


Instructions

  1. Cut Pool Party cardstock 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and fold in half to form card base.
  2. Cut Pool Party cardstock 4" x 5 1/4".
  3. Punch out ice cream scoop using Ice Cream Cone punch and use as a template for clouds.
  4. Sponge around top of punched out template using Sponge Dauber and Whisper White Craft Ink
  5. Emboss using Subtle Embossing Folder.
  6. Stamp 2 Bumblebee, 2 Poppy Parade and 1 Pretty Peacock medium sized flowers and cut out using Die.
  7. Stamp centre of flower using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.
  8. Adhere to bottom left edge of embossed piece using Dimensionals.  Trim off excess of the Bumblebee flowers.
  9. Adhere to card base using Dimensionals.
  10. Stamp sentiment using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on Basic White cardstock.
  11. Cut out using Paper Snips.
  12. Adhere to card base using Dimensionals.
