Peaceful Cabin Thank You - International Highlights Blog Hop
I'm excited to participate again in Kylie's Monthly International Blog Highlights for August! The theme is "Thank You". I created this beautiful card featuring the Peaceful Cabin Product Suite from the July to December Mini Catalogue. I love how it turned out! Can't you just imagine being at this cabin on a clear winter night!
Instructions
- Cut Basic Black cardstock 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and fold in half to form card base.
- Cut Designer Series Paper 4" x 5 1/4" and adhere to card base using Stampin' Seal.
- Cut Basic White cardstock 3 1/2" x 4"
- Stamp cabin on Basic White cardstock and cut out using Die.
- Cut out 3 trees from Basic Black cardstock and adhere to the back of the cabin piece using Glue Dots.
- Wrap ribbon around bottom of cabin piece and adhere to the back using Stampin' Seal.
- Cut 3" of ribbon and tie a knot on the right hand side. Trim excess.
- Adhere cabin to the bottom of the card base - aligned with edge of DSP using Dimensionals.
- Stamp sentiment using Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a scrap of Basic White cardstock.
- Punch out using small oval from Double Oval Punch.
- Punch out scalloped oval from Basic Black cardstock
- Adhere stamped sentiment oval to black oval using Dimensionals.
- Adhere to card base in top right corner using Dimensionals.
- Add Embossing Paste to snow line and along roof using Palette Knife. Let dry
- Cut out fence piece from Basic Black cardstock using Die.
- Adhere to card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
- Adhere sequins using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
