Stampin' Up! Trip Achiever Blog Hop - December 2021

Welcome to the Trip Achievers Blog Hop.  I am so honoured to be participating in this Blog Hop and I am so thankful for the support I received from my Customers and Team Members so that I could achieve this trip for the very first time!  Thank you so much!!!

I used the Seascape Bundle for my card today.  I live on the West Coast of Canada, less than 10 minutes to the ocean and I'm love any stamp sets that have an "ocean theme".  When I saw the Seascape Bundle in the Annual Catalogue, I knew I had to add it to my collection!

I created this card based on a Sketch Challenge I shared.  First, here's the sketch

Now, here's my card

Instructions

1. Cut Pool Party 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and score at 4 1/4".
2. Fold on the score line to form card base.
3. Cut Pool Party 4" x 5 1/4" and emboss using the Dots Embossing Folder from the Checks and Dots Combo.  You'll need to emboss one side and then move the embossing folder over to the other side to cover the entire piece.
4. Adhere to the card base.
5. Cut Soft Seafoam card stock 2 1/2" x 4 3/4"
6. Stamp images on the Soft Seafoam piece using Soft Seafoam Ink.
7. Adhere to the card base about 1/2" from left edge.
8. Cut Pool Party card stock 1 3/4" x 4" and stamp splotches using Pool Party Ink.
9. Adhere to card base about 1" from bottom using Dimensionals.
10. Cut out Seahorse from Pool Party card stock
11. Use your Blending Brush to add some additional colour using Pool Party ink.
12. Adhere to card base using Dimensionals.
13. Cut Basic White card stock 1/2" x 1 3/4"
14. Stamp sentiment using Pool Party ink
15. Adhere to card base using Dimensionals.
16. Adhere Sequins
17. Cut Basic White card stock 4" x 5 1/4"
18. Stamp sea weed in bottom right corner using Soft Seafoam Ink
19. Adhere to the inside of the card.
