International Highlights Winners Blog Hop - January 2022
I’m so excited to be featured in the the International Highlights Top Ten Winners Blog Hop hosted by Kylie Bertucci. I was selected to participate in this hop by finishing in the top ten of the January 2022 International Highlights. Thank you to everyone who voted for my card! Today I'm sharing a card featuring products from the New Horizons Product Suite from the 2022 January to June Mini Catalogue! I'll be the first to admit that this suite wasn't on my radar and then I saw the amazing Designer Series Paper! Oh my gosh, it is stunning! You definitely want to check it out!
Here's my card
Instructions
- Cut Misty Moonlight card stock 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and score at 4 1/4". Fold on score line to form card base.
- Cut largest Scallop Contour Die from a piece of Designer Series Paper
- Adhere to card base.
- Cut 2 solid mountain dies from Misty Moonlight card stock.
- Cut 2 detailed mountain dies - 1 from Misty Moonlight card stock and the other from Designer Series Paper.
- Adhere the detailed piece cut from Designer Series Paper to one of the solid pieces.
- Adhere to card base using Dimensionals.
- Adhere the detailed piece cut from Misty Moonlight card stock to the other solid piece - for this one - turn the solid piece over and adhere so the tall mountains on on the left side of the piece.
- Adhere to card base using Dimensionals.
- Cut 2 pieces of ribbon 4 1/4" long - 1 in Misty Moonlight and 1 in Petal Pink.
- Adhere to card base.
- Cut out label die from Basic White card stock
- Stamp sentiment using Misty Moonlight ink
- Stamp birds over pieced using Misty Moonlight ink (stamped off)
- Adhere to card base over ribbon using Dimensionals
- Cut Basic White card stock 4" x 5 1/4".
- Stamp birds in the bottom right corner
- Adhere to the inside of the card.
