Technique Tuesday - Mini Cards

It's time for another Technique Tuesday Blog Hop. This month we're focusing on Mini Cards! I have such fun making 3"x3" cards and today I've created a set to show off some of the In Colors that will be retiring at the end of April! It will be so sad to see them go! The Acetate Gift Boxes are perfect to hold the Mini Cards and give them away as a gift. Add a belly band and you're all set!

Instructions

Cut Basic White card stock 3" x 6" and score at 3". Fold on score line to create card base.
Use the Decorative Masks with your Blending Brushes to add colour - I used Misty Moonlight, Cinnamon Cider, Bumblebee and Magenta Madness.
Cut 4 pieces of coordinating card stock 1 1/8" x 2 1/8"
Cut 4 pieces of Layering Vellum 1" x 2"
Stamp sentiments on Vellum using StazOn Ink
Adhere to card stock
Adhere to Mini Cards using Dimensionals.
Adhere Iridescent Rhinestones.
For Belly Band, cut Misty Moonlight card stock 1 1/4" x 8 1/2".
Wrap around Acetate Box and adhere
Cut Designer Series Paper 1" x 8 1/4"
Adhere to Misty Moonlight Belly Band
