International Highlights Winners Blog Hop - April 2022



I’m so excited to be featured in the the International Highlights Top Ten Winners Blog Hop hosted by Kylie Bertucci. I was selected to participate in this hop by finishing #3 in the April 2022 International Highlights. Today's card features a sneak peek from the upcoming 2022-2023 Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog - the Sun Prints Product Collection.  Wow! you are going to love this collection.  The colours are stunning in the Designer Series Paper and the stamp set is amazing!  Check out this pretty card I created during a recent Sketch Challenge.

Here's the sketch it was based on.

Instructions

  1. Cut Starry Sky card stock 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and score at 4 1/4".  Fold on score line to form card base.
  2. Cut Basic White card stock 4" x 5 1/4"
  3. Emboss using the Fern Embossing Folder
  4. Adhere to card base.
  5. Cut Starry Sky card stock 2" x 5 1/4"
  6. Cut Designer Series Paper 1 3/4" x 5 1/4"
  7. Adhere Designer Series Paper to Starry Sky card stock.
  8. Wrap ribbon around piece and tie a bow on the left hand side.
  9. Adhere to card base.
  10. Cut out 2 sprigs from Starry Sky card stock
  11. Cut out stitched circle using Stylish Shapes Dies
  12. Stamp leaves using Starry Sky ink and cut out using Die.
  13. Adhere circle to right side of Designer Series Paper using Dimensionals.
  14. Adhere leaves to circle.
  15. Adhere sprigs behind circle using Glue Dots.
  16. Stamp sentiment on a scrap of Basic White card stock using Starry Sky ink
  17. Cut out using Paper Snips.
  18. Adhere to card base using Dimensionals.
  19. Adhere Pearls
  20. Cut Basic White card stock 4" x 5 1/4"
  21. Stamp leaves on right hand side using Starry Sky ink
  22. Adhere to the inside of the card.
