I'm back with another casual card for the Casually Crafting Blog Hop. We're a group of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators that love to stamp and love to share. We share card and projects that are simple and easy to create with a few products and are perfect for the beginner and casual stamper. Our blog hop goes live on the third Saturday of each month. This month we were challenged with the following Tic Tac Toe and asked to choose a line in any direction. I chose the middle row - Banner, Hexagon and Happy and used the amazing Perfectly Pencilled Designer Series Paper for this black and white Birthday card. I admit I had to draw the Hexagon on the card stock before I cut it out - just couldn't get the shape in my head!

I love black and white cards. Do you?

Instructions

Cut Black card stock 4 1/4" x 11" and score at 5 1/2". Fold on score line to form card base.
Cut Basic White card stock 4 1/8" x 5 3/8"
Cut 2 pieces of Designer Series Paper 2" x 5 1/4"
Adhere to the Basic White card stock with middle edges butted up against each other.
Wrap ribbon around piece about 2" from bottom and tie a bow on right hand side.
Adhere to card base.
Cut Hexagon shape using Paper Snips
Adhere to card base using Dimensionals.
Cut Basic White card stock 3/4" x 2 1/2"
Stamp sentiment using Tuxedo Black Memento ink
Cut banner ends using Paper Snips
Adhere Iridescent Pearls.
Cut Basic White card stock 4" x 5 1/4 and adhere on the inside of the card.
