One of my favourite bundles from the January to April Mini Catalogue is the Nested Friends Bundle. I just love the little bird and the nest. I created this pretty card on a recent live. The Stitched Greenery Die is a perfect background with the leaves. The dies for the nest and branch make this card easy.

Instructions

Cut Thick Basic White cardstock 4 1/4" x 11" and score at 5 1/2". Fold and burnish on scoreline using Bone Folder to form card base.
Cut Balmy Blue cardstock 4" x 5 1/4"
Cut the Balmy Blue cardstock using the Stitched Greenery Die
Wrap ribbon around Balmy Blue cardstock about 1" from bottom
Adhere to the card base.
Cut branch from Crumb Cake cardstock
Adhere to the card base just above the ribbon
Cut nest from Crumb Cake cardstock
Cut detailed nest from Early Espresso cardstock
Adhere the 2 nest pieces together using Liquid Glue
Adhere to card base using Dimensionals
Stamp bird using Early Espresso ink
Colour with Balmy Blue and Crumb Cake Stampin' Blends
Cut out using Die
Adhere to nest using Dimensionals
Stamp sentiment on Basic White cardstock using Early Espresso ink
Cut out using Paper Snips
Adhere to card base using Dimensionals over ribbon
Adhere Brushed Metallic Dots
Stamp branch on inside of card using Early Espresso ink.

Monthly Card Club

I'm excited to be offering a Monthly Card Club either In Person or by mail. Each month I will select a stamp set or bundle to feature. You will make 3 cards with envelopes and receive 1/2 package of Designer Series Paper, package of Embellishments and a roll of ribbon. Cost is $45 In Person (or local pick up) and $50 mailed.

The In Person classes will be held on the last Sunday of each month from 10am to 12noon or 1-3pm. Space will be limited to 3 people per class and masks will be mandatory (as well as any other requirements announced by the Provincial Health Officer).
