Canada Inks Up!

It's time for another Canada Inks Up! Team Blog Hop and the theme for today's hop is "Anything But Christmas".  I made this beautiful Diagonal Fancy Fold card featuring the Blackberry Beauty Product Suite. 




Instructions

  1. Score a piece of 8 1/2" x 11" Rich Razzleberry card stock at 4 1/4" on the short side and 5 1/2" on the long side.
  2. Cut the piece on the diagonal from one corner to another.  You will have an extra piece to make a second card.
  3. Fold on the score lines.
  4. Cut 2 pieces of Designer Series Paper 4" x 5 1/4" and cut each in half on the diagonal.  (this will be enough for your 2 cards)
  5. Adhere one piece to the top triangle using Stampin' Seal.
  6. Adhere one piece to the bottom triangle using Stampin' Seal.
  7. Cut Gold Shimmer Vellum using second largest Scalloped Contour die
  8. Cut Very Vanilla card stock using third largest Scalloped Contour die
  9. Stamp sentiment on Basic White rectangle using Rich Razzleberry Ink.
  10. Adhere to Shimmer Vellum piece using Dimensionals.
  11. Adhere the Shimmer Vellum to the card base on the bottom triangle.  Make sure you only use Dimensionals on the bottom of the rectangle.
  12. Tie a bow using Gold Shimmer Ribbon. Adhere to bottom right corner of Basic White rectangle.
  13. Cut Very Vanilla card stock 4" x 5 1/4".  
  14. Stamp image in bottom right corner using Rich Razzleberry ink.
  15. Cut Designer Series Paper 3/4" x 4" and adhere to top using Stampin' Seal.
  16. Adhere piece to the inside of the card using Stampin' Seal.

Your Creative Escapes Retreat - Holiday Edition

We're so excited to be host our Your Creative Escapes Retreat - Holiday Edition.

While we'd all like to be able to get together to stamp, that just isn't possible yet. The retreat will be held on Friday, October 22nd from 7-9pm and on Saturday, October 23rd from 8am to 8pm! The event will be hosted on Zoom as well as streamed to a private Facebook Group for the Make and Take Sessions.

The cost is $105 CDN which includes:

  • TWO stamp sets - Delivering Cheer (from the July to December Mini) and Tidings and Trimmings (from the Annual Catalogue)
  • Package of Brushed Metallic Dots
  • 6 Make and Take projects (includes the supplies, but you provide the adhesives and inks) and PDF instructions
  • Pillow gift
  • Prizes throughout the day

Sign up and pay by September 26th and you'll be entered into a draw for a Bundle AND you'll receive a Sale-a-Bration item (Level 1) of your choice.
