I've been having so much fun with the Merriest Trees Bundle from the Stampin' Up! September to December Mini Catalogue. Sometimes a stamp set or a bundle doesn't jump out at your when you first see it, but once you start playing with it, you realize how versatile it is and how fun the cards are!

I love to add Designer Series Paper to my projects, in fact it's hard to find a card that I make that doesn't include at least a little bit! Is that you? Here's a card that is perfect to show off the beautiful Designer Series Paper that we have.

I love sending thank you cards to my customers! This month I used the All About Autumn Suite from the new Stampin' Up! Mini Catalogue. It's definitely one of favourite suites, much to my surprise. Often I struggle with autumn products, but this suite is one of those where every card I make, I absolutely love!

Check out this pretty card I created in Moody Mauve and Copper Clay. Such a pretty colour combination, don't you think! Anyone who places an order with me this month will get one of these beauties in the mail!

Instructions

Cut Moody Mauve cardstock 4 1/4" x 11" and score at 5 1/2". Fold and burnish on scoreline using Bone Folder to form card base.
Cut Moody Mauve cardstock 3 3/4" x 5"
Emboss using the Distressed Tile Embossing Folder
Use Blending Brush to add some Moody Mauve ink over embossing to make the pattern pop.
Cut Designer Series Paper 2" x 5"
Adhere to left side of embossed cardstock
Adhere to card base
Cut out 2 maple leaves - one in Moody Mauve and one in Copper Clay using Die
Cut out 2 oak leaves - one in Moody Mauve and one in Copper Clay using Die
Stamp sentiment on Very Vanilla cardstock using Moody Mauve ink
Cut out using die
Wrap Linen Thread around hand 2-3 times. Pinch off and adhere to the back of the sentiment label.
Adhere to card base using Dimensionals
Adhere leaves tucked under sentiment using Glue Dots
Adhere Copper Clay Speckled Dots
Cut Very Vanilla cardstock 4" x 5 1/4"
Stamp leaf in bottom right corner using Moody Mauve ink stamped off
Adhere to the inside of the card base.

Monthly Card Club

I'm excited to be offering a Monthly Card Club either In Person or by mail. Each month I will select a stamp set or bundle to feature. You will make 3 cards with envelopes and receive 1/2 package of Designer Series Paper, package of Embellishments and a roll of ribbon or embossing folder. Cost is $45 In Person (or local pick up) and $50 mailed.
