Stamping With Friends Masculine Cards Blog Hop

Welcome to the Stamping With Friends Blog Hop as we share what projects we are currently working on to inspire you! You will be visiting with our Design Team Members as they share their wonderful projects and ideas to help spark your creativity. This time we are sharing Masculine Cards using products from the Stampin' Up! Annual and Mini Catalogues.

I created this card on my Virtual Launch for the 2022-2023 Annual Catalogue. Lots of die cutting and gluing, but I love how it turned out using the argyle die cuts to create a background. Initially I used Adhesive Sheets for the die cut pieces, but I found it hard to get all of the "little bits" out. I finished the card off by using Liquid Glue to adhere the pieces. It's up to you how you adhere them.

Instructions

Cut Early Espresso card stock 4 1/4" x 11" and score at 5 1/2". Fold on score line to form card base.
Cut Crumb Cake card stock 4" x 5 1/4"
Cut about 20 argyle die cuts from Early Espresso card stock.
Glue the die cuts on the Crumb Cake card stock in the pattern you want. If they hang over the edge, trim the piece to 4" x 5 1/4"
Wrap ribbon around middle and adhere to back
Adhere to the card base.
Trim coil notebook die cut piece from Designer Series Paper to 2" x 3 1/2"
Spatter piece using Stampin' Blend
Adhere to card base at an angle
Stamp sentiment on Basic White card stock using Early Espresso ink
Cut out using label die
Cut second label from Crumb Cake.
Cut in half and adhere the 2 pieces to the top and bottom of the stamped label using Dimensionals
Adhere to the card base.
Colour sentiment words using Stampin' Write Markers in Cajun Craze and Crushed Curry.
Stamp on a piece of Basic White card stock
Cut out words using Paper Snips.
Adhere to label on card base using Dimensionals.
Adhere embellishments
Cut Basic White card stock 4" x 5 1/4"
Adhere argyle die cut piece in bottom right corner
Adhere to inside of the card.
