Little Dreamers Fun Fold Card

Today I created an adorable card perfect for new parents! I was inspired by a fun fold that Lisa Curcio shared and tweaked it a little bit. Lisa's card was a double flap card. On my card I left out one of the flaps.

Don't you love those cute little stars cut from the More Dazzle Specialty Paper! So fun!

Instructions

Cut Lemon Lolly cardstock 4 1/4" x 11" and score at 5 1/2". Fold and burnish on scoreline using Bone Folder to form card base
Cut 2 3/4" off one end of the card base.
Cut Designer Series Paper 4" x 5 1/4" and adhere to the inside of the card.
Cut Lemon Lolly cardstock 3 1/4" x 10" and score at 5"
Fold and burnish on scoreline using Bone Folder.
Adhere to the inside of the card with the scoreline aligned with the scoreline on the card base.
Cut Designer Series Paper 2 1/2" x 3"
Adhere to the front of the small card base
Cut Designer Series Paper 2 1/2" x 4" and adhere to the top flap of the main card base.
Adhere to small card base to the top flap
Cut Basic White cardstock 3" x 4 3/4"
Stamp star in bottom right corner
Colour with Lemon Lolly Blends
Adhere to the inside of the card.
Stamp lion on Basic White cardstock using Tuxedo Black Memento ink
Colour using Pecan Pie Stampin' Blends
Colour star using Lemon Lolly Stampin' Blends
Cut out using Die
Adhere to the card base using Dimensionals
Cut out 3 stars from More Dazzle Specialty Paper
Adhere to card base
Stamp sentiment on Basic White cardstock using Tuxedo Black Memento ink
Cut out using Paper Snips
Adhere to the front of the card using Dimensionals
Adhere Solid Gems
Colour star on front using Wink of Stella.

Monthly Card Club

I'm excited to be offering a Monthly Card Club either In Person or by mail. Each month I will select a stamp set or bundle to feature. You will make 3 cards with envelopes and receive 1/2 package of Designer Series Paper, package of Embellishments and a roll of ribbon or embossing folder. Cost is $45 In Person (or local pick up) and $50 mailed.

The In Person classes will be held on the last Sunday of each month from 10am to 12noon or 1-3pm. Space will be limited to 3 people per class and masks will be mandatory (as well as any other requirements announced by the Provincial Health Officer).
