Demonstrator Training Blog Hop - August 2023

I'm excited to be training with Bruno and Kylie again this year and participating in our monthly Blog Hop with amazing Stampin' Up! Demonstrators from around the world. The purpose of the group is for the group of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators that are part of the program...to share ideas and to learn from each other...to help us in our Stampin' Up! Business. Our theme for our blog hop each month is "Thank You".

I love playing with Stampin' Blends and when you add a little bit of alcohol to vellum coloured with Stampin' Blends, the effect is amazing. I love this technique. Check out this pretty card in Starry Sky, Berry Burst and Parakeet Party. It's so easy and works really well with darker colours. Add a sentiment and you're good!

Instructions

Cut Starry Sky cardstock 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and score at 4 1/4". Fold and burnish on scoreline using Bone Folder to form card base.
Cut Parakeet Party 4" x 5 1/4"
Adhere to the card base.
Cut Vellum cardstock 4 1/4" x 5 1/2".
Colour the back of the vellum using Dark Stampin' Blends - Starry Sky, Parakeet Party and Berry Burst.
Use a Waterpainterwith 99% Alcohol and drop onto Vellum to move the colour around.
Let dry or use Heat Tool to dry
Cut to 3 3/4" x 5"
Cut Basic White cardstock 3 3/4" x 4"
Adhere vellum to Basic White
Wrap ribbon around one end and tie a bow
Adhere to card base.
Cut Basic White cardstock 1 1/4" x 3 1/4"
Stamp sentiment using Staz On or Tuxedo Black Memento Ink
Cut Starry Sky cardstock 1 1/2" x 3 1/2"
Adhere sentiment to Starry Sky cardstock
Adhere to card base using Dimensionals
Adhere Sweet Sorbet Pearls
Cut Basic White cardstock 4" x 5 1/4"
Adhere to inside of card

Monthly Card Club

I'm excited to be offering a Monthly Card Club either In Person or by mail. Each month I will select a stamp set or bundle to feature. You will make 3 cards with envelopes and receive 1/2 package of Designer Series Paper, package of Embellishments and a roll of ribbon or embossing folder. Cost is $45 In Person (or local pick up) and $50 mailed.
