It's time for another Share It Sunday Blog Hop! We are a group of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators from around the world and we are sharing our projects with you as part of this blog hop. There is no theme for our blog hop today.

I shared the Salt Technique on a recent Live with Stamping With Melva and I created this card. It's such a fun technique to play with and so easy to do. Isn't this pretty?

Instructions

Cut Pretty Peacock cardstock 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and score at 4 1/4". Fold and burnish on scoreline using Bone Folder to form card base
Cut Distressed Gold Paper 4" x 5 1/4"
Cut Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper 4" x 5 1/4"
Wet using Water Painter or Spritzer.
Mix a couple of drops of Pretty Peacock reinker with water and add to paper using Water Painter.
Sprinkle with salt and let dry completely.
Brush off salt
Distress edges of watercolour paper using Paper Snips
Cut to 3 3/4" x 5"
Adhere to Distressed Gold Paper
Adhere to card base
Cut Pretty Peacock cardstock 1 1/4" x 2 3/4"
Cut Very Vanilla cardstock 1" x 2 1/2"
Stamp sentiment using Pretty Peacock ink
Adhere to Pretty Peacock cardstock
Wrap Linen Thread around fingers 3-4 times. Pinch in middle and adhere to bottom right corner
Adhere sentiment over Linen Thread using Dimensionals
Adhere White Glitter Sequins
Cut Very Vanilla cardstock 4" x 5 1/4"
Stamp Splatter in bottom right corner using Pretty Peacock Ink
Adhere to inside of card.
