Stampin' Dreams Blog Hop - New Year's Glam

Time for the Stampin' Dreams Blog Hop. We are a group of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators around the world who participate each month to share projects we are working on. Our theme this month is "New Years Glam".

There's nothing that says New Years more than dazzle so I used the More Dazzle Specialty Paper on my card with the Cheers to the Season Stamp Set. I created this card on a recent Sketch Challenge. Join me on Tuesdays at 2pm Pacific for a Sketch each week.

Instructions

Cut Thick Basic White cardstock 5 1/2" x 8 1/2 and score at 4 1/4". Fold and burnish on scoreline to form card base.
Cut Basic Black cardstock 4" x 5 1/4"
Cut 2 pieces of More Dazzle Paper 1 1/4" x 4"
Adhere to each end of Basic Black cardstock
Adhere to the card base
Stamp glass on Basic Black cardstock using Versamark
Sprinkle with Gold Embossing Powder and heat to melt
Cut out using Paper Snips
Adhere to card base using Dimensionals
Stamp sentiment on Basic Black Cardstock using Versamark
Sprinkle with Gold Embossing Powder and heat to melt
Cut the words into 4 parts
Adhere the "TO YOU", "AND THE" and "NEW YEAR" to stem of glass using Dimensionals
Adhere gold sequins
Stamp bubbles in bottom right corner of inside of card using Wild Wheat ink.
