Technique Tuesday Blog Hop - Two Step Stamping

Today I'm hopping with Stamping Demonstrators from around the world sharing projects featuring Two Step Stamping. I love two step stamping! So easy to do! Check out the pretty card I made for a friends birthday using the Sweet Citrus Bundle from the Stampin' Up! 2023-2024 Annual Catalogue.

Isn't this a pretty card. I used colours to make the fruit look like grapefruit - Flirty Flamingo and Petal Pink. So pretty and good enough to eat! The Sweet Citrus bundle includes a Hybrid Embossing Folder so that you can cut and emboss your images after you've stamped them. How cool is that!

Instructions

Cut Flirty Flamingo cardstock 4 1/4" x 11" and score at 5 1/2". Fold and burnish on scoreline using Bone Folder to form cardbase.
Cut Flirty Flamingo cardstock 4" x 5 1/4"
Emboss using Sweet Citrus Embossing Folder
Adhere to card base.
Cut 2nd largest rectangle using Scalloped Contour Dies
Stamp sentiment on bottom of rectangle using Flirty Flamingo ink
Adhere to card base.
Stamp rinds of fruit using Flirty Flamingo ink on Basic White cardstock
Stamp fruit using Petal Pink ink
Cut and emboss using Die and Embossing Folder
Zig Zag 12" of ribbon across card base
Adhere fruit over ribbon using Dimensionals
Stamp 2 leaves using Granny Apple Green ink
Cut out using Dies
Adhere behind fruit using Glue Dots.
Adhere Blooming Pearls
Cut Basic White cardstock 4" x 5 1/4"
Stamp large fruit in bottom right corner using Flirty Flamingo and Petal Pink ink
Adhere to the inside of the card.
