Layers of Beauty Decorative Masks
It's getting so close! Tomorrow the new Stampin' Up! Annual Catalogue launches. Are you as excited as I am? Todays card is a sneak peek from the catalogue - the Layers of Beauty Bundle that includes Decorative Masks. I love these masks - always makes me feel like an artist!
Isn't this a pretty card! Roses are one of the few flowers I can grow in my garden and there are so many colours. I used Petunia Pop and Peach Pie for this version!

So easy to do with the masks. Check out the video for this card to get tips and tricks on using the masks.
Instruction
- Cut Basic Black cardstock 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and score at 4 1/4". Fold and burnish on scoreline to form card base.
- Stamp rose image on Basic White cardstock using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink
- Use Masks to apply colour as in my video - I used Petunia Pop for Mask 1 and 2, Peach Pie for Mask 3 and Shy Shamrock for Mask 4 and 5.
- Cut out using Die
- Adhere to card base using Dimensionals
- Cut out 3 leaves from Shy Shamrock cardstock
- Adhere to card base using Glue Dots
- Stamp sentiment on Basic White cardstock using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink
- Cut into 2 pieces
- Adhere to card base using Dimensionals
- Adhere embellishments
- Cut Basic White cardstock 4" x 5 1/4"
- Stamp flower in bottom right corner using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink
- Adhere to inside of card.

Techniques Across the Border
Join Lorraine and I and learn (or learn more) about a new technique each month. Our class will be held via Zoom on the 3rd Saturday of the month from 9:30am to 11:30am Pacific. We will explore the technique and make 4 projects in each class.
There are 2 options for each class:
- Option 1 - Class Cost $45 and includes 4 projects and a selection of supplies you need to make the projects
- Option 2 - If you have the products for the technique - Class Cost FREE with an order of at least $45 before shipping and taxes
- Saturday, June 28 - 9:30 - 11:30am Pacific - Embossing
- You need Embossing Powder and Versamark for this class - Class Cost FREE with an order of at least $45 before shipping and taxes
Registration for each class closes on the last Wednesday of the month.
If you can't join the class live, you will get a copy of the recorded video.
Monthly Card Club
I'm excited to be offering a Monthly Card Club either In Person or by mail. Each month I will select a stamp set or bundle to feature.
This month the club features the Take to the Sky Suite from the Stampin' Up! 2024-2024 Annual Catalogue. Add the stamp set to your order for an additional $44.76 Add the bundle (stamp set and dies) and your class is free!
You will make 3 cards with envelopes and receive 1/2 package of Designer Series Paper, package Industrial Trinkets and Metal Plate Embossing Folder (can be substitued). Cost is $55 In Person (or local pick up) and $60 mailed or you can get for free without the product above with a minimum $45 order!
You can join my club monthly. If you join for 6 consecutive months and get a swag bag valued at $25 from me as a gift.
The In Person classes will be held on the last Sunday of each month from 10am to 12noon or 1-3pm. Space will be limited to 4 people per class.
