Stamping With Friends Blog Hop - Retiring In Colors

Today I'm hopping with the Stamping With Friends Blog Hop. The theme for this hop is "Retiring In Colors". My favourite In Color that is retiring is Sweet Sorbet and when paired with Basic Black, I think it's stunning! Don't you!

Instructions

Cut Thick Basic White cardstock 4 1/4" x 11" and score at 5 1/2". Fold and burnish on scoreline using Bone Folder to form card base.
Cut Basic Black cardstock 3 1/2" x 5"
Cut Sweet Sorbet cardtock 3 1/4" x 4 3/4"
Cut large flower using die from Basic White cardstock
Smudge centre of flower using Sweet Sorbet ink and Blending Brush.
Stamp sentiment on bottom of Sweet Sorbet cardstock using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink
Adhere to Basic Black cardstock
Wrap ribbon around Basic Black cardstock and tie a bow on right side
Adhere to card base.
Adhere die cut using dimensionals
Adhere Black Embellishments
Stamp leave on inside of card using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink

Techniques Across the Border

Join Lorraine and I and learn (or learn more) about a new technique each month. Our class will be held via Zoom on the 3rd Saturday of the month from 9:30am to 11:30am Pacific. We will explore the technique and make 4 projects in each class.

You need Embossing Powder and Versamark for this class - Class Cost FREE with an order of at least $45 before shipping and taxes

Registration for each class closes on the last Wednesday of the month.

If you can't join the class live, you will get a copy of the recorded video.

Monthly Card Club

I'm excited to be offering a Monthly Card Club either In Person or by mail. Each month I will select a stamp set or bundle to feature.

This month the club features the Take to the Sky Suite from the Stampin' Up! 2024-2024 Annual Catalogue. Add the stamp set to your order for an additional $44.76 Add the bundle (stamp set and dies) and your class is free!

You will make 3 cards with envelopes and receive 1/2 package of Designer Series Paper, package Industrial Trinkets and Metal Plate Embossing Folder (can be substitued). Cost is $55 In Person (or local pick up) and $60 mailed or you can get for free without the product above with a minimum $45 order!

You can join my club monthly. If you join for 6 consecutive months and get a swag bag valued at $25 from me as a gift.

The In Person classes will be held on the last Sunday of each month from 10am to 12noon or 1-3pm. Space will be limited to 4 people per class.
