When I saw the Sunrise Sailing Bundle from Stampin' Up!® I knew it needed to find its' way into my stash! My husband and I owned a sailboat - Half Penny Lane - for 14 years and had the best times sailing the Southern Gulf Islands of British Columbia.

Here's a picture of Half Penny Lane on one of our trips. It was a very calm day and we actually were able to fly the spinnaker - it isn't often you can fly this sail - needs very calm winds!

I love how easily this retirement card came together! Feels very fresh in Darling Duckling and Secret Sea!

Instructions

Cut Secret Sea cardstock 4 1/4" x 11" and score at 5 1/2". Fold and burnish on scoreline using Bone Folder to form card base.
Cut Basic White cardstock 4" x 5 1/4"
Cut Secret Sea 2" x 5 1/4"
Adhere to the middle of the Basic White cardstock
Cut 2 strips of Secret Seay 1/4" x 5 1/4"
Adhere on each side of Secret Sea cardstock - you can leave a slight gap if you want.
Adhere to card base.
Stamp sailboat on Basic White cardstock using Secret Sea ink.
Stamp sails using Darling Duckling ink
Cut out using Die
Adhere to card base using Dimensionals
Cut Basic White cardstock 1/2" x 2 1/2"
Stamp sentiment using Secret Sea ink.
Adhere Secret Sea embellishments
Cut Basic White cardstock 4" x 5 1/4"
Stamp waves on bottom of Basic White cardstock using Secret Sea ink
Adhere to the inside of the card.
