Technique Tuesday Blog Hop - November 2025 - Embossing Folders

Time for another Technique Tuesday Blog Hop. This month our theme is "Embossing Folders". I love embossing folders that have words, so the Christmas Words was a perfect find in the Stampin' Up!® Sep to Dec Mini Catalogue.

Isn't this card pretty in Real Red and White! I added a gorgeous tag made using the Patterned Tags Dies to be the focus for the card.

Instructions

Cut Real Red cardstock 4 1/4" x 11" and score at 5 1/2". Fold and burnish on scoreline using Bone Folder to form card base.
Cut Basic White cardstock 4" x 5 1/4" and emboss using the Christmas Words Embossing Folder
Adhere to the card base.
Cut out solid tag from Basic White cardstock using Die
Cut out snowflake tag from Real Red cardstock using Die.
Adhere the snowflake tag to the Basic White tag so they are slightly overlapping
Adhere to the card base using Dimensionals,
Tie a bow from the Real Red Shiny ribbon and adhere to the top of the tag
Cut Basic White cardstock 1/2" x 4"
Stamp sentiment on Basic White cardstock using Real Red ink
Adhere to the tag.
Adhere Real Red and White Peppermint Embellishments.
Cut Basic White cardstock 4" x 5 1/4"
Stamp sentiment on Basic White cardstock using Real Red ink
Adhere to the inside of the card.
