Festive Friday #FF0207 - World Stationary Day

It's time for another Festive Friday Challenge! Every second Friday we post a challenge for you with a specific theme and an Inspo List of 10 items to choose from to create your project. We encourage you to create a project based on the theme and Inspo List and then post it using at least 3 items from the inspiration list.

Your goal is to simply use three or more items from the inspiration list on your project and link up! #festivefridaychallenge At Festive Friday, you do not need to actually celebrate the occasion. I hope you’ll make a card, scrapbook page or 3-D project and join us. You don’t need a blog to enter Festive Friday. Check out this link on how you can play along with this challenge. This week’s challenge FF #0207 - World Stationary Day

I used the Rolling With Waves Bundle for this pretty card and selected Sepia Colours, Twine and Distressing Techniques from the Insp0 List.

Instructions

Cut Pool Party cardstock 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and score at 4 1/4". Fold and burnish on scoreline using Bone Folder to form card base.
Cut mid colour Natural Hues Textured Specialty Paper 3 3/4" x 5". Scrunch in your hand and then flatten out.
Use Blending Brush with Crumb Cake ink to add some colour to the scrunched paper.
Adhere to the card base.
Cut out 3 layers of waves from Coastal Cabana, Basic White and Pool Party cardstock
Adhere the layers together.
Cut Pool Party cardstock 4" x 5 1/4"
Stamp waves on bottom of Pool Party cardstock using Pool Party ink - full strength and stamped off.
Adhere waves to Pool Party cardstock
Cut out 3rd largest arch from Pool Party cardstock using Die.
Adhere the arch to the card base using Dimensionals.
Cut out sea shells from mid colour Natural Hues Textured Specialty Paper using Die
Use Blending Brush with Crumb Cake ink to add some colour
Cut Pool Party cardstock 1/2" x 3"
Stamp sentiment using Pool Party ink.
Adhere to the card base using Dimensionals
Adhere shells to bottom right corner and right hand side of arch and around sentiment using Mini Dimensionals and Glue.
Cut 3 pieces of Linen Thread about 6" long. Tie a small bow with the 3 strands
Adhere to the card base.
Adhere Antique Pearls
Cut Basic White cardstock 4" x 5 1/4"
Stamp shells twice in bottom right corner using Pool Party ink - full strength and stamped off.
Stamp sentiment using Pool Party ink
Adhere to the inside of the card.
