Festive Friday Challenge #FF0218 - World Cardmaking Day

It's time for another Festive Friday Challenge! Every second Friday we post a challenge for you with a specific theme and an Inspo List of 10 items to choose from to create your project. We encourage you to create a project based on the theme and Inspo List and then post it using at least 3 items from the inspiration list.

Your goal is to simply use three or more items from the inspiration list on your project and link up! #festivefridaychallenge At Festive Friday, you do not need to actually celebrate the occasion. I hope you’ll make a card, scrapbook page or 3-D project and join us. You don’t need a blog to enter Festive Friday. Check out this link on how you can play along with this challenge. This week’s challenge FF #0218 World Cardmaking Day

I chose Jewel Colours, Patterned Paper and a Fancy Fold Card for my project for World Cardmaking Day. I've used the Home for Christmas Bundle along with products from the Timeless Christmas Suite in the Stampin' Up!® Sep to Dec Catalogue. Check out this fun card with a little pouch on the front for a tag.

Insructions

Cut Poppy Parade cardstock 4 1/4" x 11" scored at 5 1/2". Fold and burnish on scoreline using Bone Folder to form card base.
Cut Basic White cardstock 4" x 5 1/4"
Emboss using Softly Woven Embossing Folder.
Cut Designer Series Paper (Red Polka Dots) using the pouch die.
Cut Designer Series Paper (Green Polka Dots) 3/4" x 3 1/4". Cut banner end on left side.
Adhere to Basic White cardstock about 1" from bottom
Adhere pouch to Basic White cardstock using Adhesive Foam Strips.
Cut Basic White cardstock 2 1/4" x 3"
Trim off top corners using Detail Scissors.
Stamp gingerbread man using Pecan Pie ink
Cut Designer Series Paper (Green Polka Dots) 1/4" x 3"
Adhere to the bottom.
Punch a hole in the top and insert 6" of Baker's Twine. Tie a bow.
Insert into pouch
Cut out 2 holly leaves from Peaceful Pine cardstock using Die.
Cut out berries from Poppy Parade cardstock using Die.
Adhere leaves to pouch.
Adhere 3 berries to leaves.
Use White Gel Marker to draw lines on berries.
Cut Basic White cardstock 1/2" x 3"
Stamp sentiment using Poppy Parade ink
Cut into 2 pieces and adhere to pouch.
Cut Basic White cardstock 4" x 5 1/4"
Stamp gingerbread man using Pecan Pie ink in bottom right corner
Adhere to the inside of the card.
