Way To Goat - way too cute!

When I saw the Way To Goat stamp set in the Annual Catalogue, I knew I had to have it.  It is a standing joke with my husband and I - he wants a goat!  No idea why, he just does.  I think he's joking, but you never know.  One day there may be a goat in our back yard!

I used the Rainbow Glimmer Paper on this card along with the Foam Adhesive Sheets.  So much fun!

Isn't this card bright and cheery!  I used the Playful Alphabet dies cut out the "HAPPY" and the Well Written Dies for the "birthday".  The Foam Adhesive Sheets make it easy to "pop up" the sentiments - you adhere them to the back of your cardstock or glimmer paper and then cut out using the dies.  Just peel off the backing and apply them to your card!

Instructions

  1. Cut out Magenta Madness cardstock 4 1/4" x 11" and fold in half to form card base.
  2. Cut out In Good Taste Designer Series Paper 4" x 5 1/4" and adhere to card base using Stampin' Seal.
  3. Apply the Foam Adhesive Sheet to back of Rainbow Glimmer Paper.  Cut out HAPPY from Rainbow Glimmer Paper using Playful Alphabet dies.  Cut out "Birthday" using the Well Written dies.
  4. Apply to the card base.
  5. Cut out Whisper White cardstock 2 1/2" x 3"
  6. Stamp goat using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink
  7. Colour using Light and Dark Smoky Slate Stampin' Blends.  Pull some colour off in places using the Colour Lifter on the goat to make it look like lighter spots.  Colour the flower using Light Flirty Flamingo Stampin' Blend.
  8. Colour ground under goat using Smoky Slate Stampin' Blends
  9. Cut out Magenta Madness cardstock 2 3/4" x 3 1/4"
  10. Adhere stamped image to the Magenta Madness cardstock using Dimensionals.
  11. Stamp sentiment on a scrap of Whisper White cardstock and cut out individual words using Paper Snips.
  12. Adhere to card base using Mini Dimensionals.
  13. Cut Whisper White cardstock 4" x 5 1/4".
  14. Stamp sentiment and tin cans using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink
  15. Adhere to the inside of the card using Stampin' Seal.
