I'm loving the Let's Go Fishing Suite from the Annual Catalogue! So many fun pieces of Designer Series Paper and I love two step stamping! Check out this great card I made using Calypso Coral and Misty Moonlight - ooh, this might just be one of my favourite colour combinations!

Don't you love all of the fishing tackle stamps and dies! I love how you can change up the look of a card, just by changing the colours. The Designer Series Paper for this card determined my colour choice! Makes it easy when you can't make up your mind!

Instructions

Cut Misty Moonlight 4 1/4" x 11" and score at 5 1/2". Fold and burnish on scoreline using Bone Folder to form card base
Cut Calypso Coral 3 7/8" x 5 1/8"
Cut Designer Series Paper 3 3/4" x 5"
Adhere Designer Series Paper to Calypso Coral cardstock
Adhere to card base
Cut Misty Moonlight cardstock 1 1/2" x 3 3/4"
Stamp water image across Misty Moonlight cardstock using Misty Moonlight ink
Adhere to card base
Stamp fishing tackle on Very Vanilla cardstock - about 5 pieces using Misty Moonlight, Calypso Coral and Old Olive - mix up the colours on each
Cut out using Dies
Stamp sentiment on Very Vanilla cardstock using Old Olive ink
Cut out using Paper Snips
Adhere to right side of card base using Dimensionals
Adhere fishing tackle on left side of card base using Dimensionals
Adhere Calypso Coral embellishments
Cut Very Vanilla cardstock 4" x 5 1/4"
Stamp water in bottom right corner using Misty Moonlight ink
Stamp float over water using Misty Moonlight ink for outside and Calypso Coral for bottom
Adhere to card base.

Monthly Card Club

I'm excited to be offering a Monthly Card Club either In Person or by mail. Each month I will select a stamp set or bundle to feature. You will make 3 cards with envelopes and receive 1/2 package of Designer Series Paper, package of Embellishments and a roll of ribbon or embossing folder. Cost is $45 In Person (or local pick up) and $50 mailed.

The In Person classes will be held on the last Sunday of each month from 10am to 12noon or 1-3pm. Space will be limited to 3 people per class and masks will be mandatory (as well as any other requirements announced by the Provincial Health Officer).
