A Beary Christmas Floating Window Card

Today I'm sharing one of the make and takes from my Virtual Launch Party for the Stampin' Up! September to December Mini Catalogue. I co-host my launch parties with my friend Diane Evans and we have so much fun.

I designed this card - its a floating window card but I used a Basic White circle instead of a Window Sheet for the background of the floating circle. So easy and what a great way to use up Designer Series Paper!

Instructions

Cut and score cardstock and Designer Series Paper as above
Fold card base on score line and burnish with Bone Folder
Emboss Layer 1 using Snowfall Sky Embossing Folder
Use Blending Brush with Balmy Blue ink to colour bottom right corner with colour
Punch out circle from Basic White cardstock using 2 3/8” Circle Punch
Adhere ¼” strips of Designer Series Paper over circle leaving slight gap between – it should take 10 strips to cover
Let dry and trim off excess using Paper Snips
Punch out bear from Basic White cardstock using Bear Punch
Adhere bear to DSP circle using Dimensionals
Adhere to the bottom right corner of card base
Stamp sentiment on Basic White cardstock using Night of Navy ink
Adhere to top left of card using Dimensionals
Stamp sentiment on Basic White cardstock using Night of Navy ink
Stamp snowflakes on Basic White cardstock using Balmy Blue ink
Adhere to the inside of the card
Adhere Iridescent Rhinestones to the card base.
