Welcome to the Technique Squad Blog Hop! Each month we hop to share a different technique with you in hopes to inspire you to give it a try! This month the technique is a 3D Telescoping Card.

It's been a very long time since I've made one of these cards, but I had fun playing with the Jungle Pals Stamp Set and Dies that you can get for free during Sale-a-Bration! So cute. What do you think?

The surprise is when you open the card up to find all the cute little critters!

Instructions

Largest Circle

Cut Circle using 5th largest Deckled Circles die from Mossy Meadow cardstock
Cut Circle using 6th largest Deckled Circles die from Basic White cardstock
Stamp tiger on Basic White circle using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink
Colour with Stampin' Blends - Pecan Pie, Pumpkin Pie, Wild Wheat
Cut out grass from Parakeet Party cardstock using Die
Adhere in front of tiger
Stamp sentiment on Parakeet Party cardstock using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink
Cut out using Paper Snips
Adhere to Basic White Circle
Adhere Basic White Circle to Mossy Meadow Circle
Adhere embellishments

Medium Circle

Cut Circle using 7th largest Deckled Circles die from Parakeet Party cardstock
Cut Circle using 8th largest Deckled Circles die from Basic White cardstock
Stamp slot and toucan on scrap of Basic White cardstock using Tuxedo Black Memento ink
Colour using Stampin' Blends - Gray Granite for sloth and Smoky Slatae, Daffodil Delight and Pumpkin Pie for Toucan
Cut out using Dies
Adhere to Basic White circle using Dimensionals
Cut out leaf from Parakeet Party using Die
Adhere to Basic White circle using Dimensionals
Adhere circle to Parakeet Party Circle

Small Circle

Cut Circle using 9th largest Deckled Circles die from Mossy Meadow cardstock
Cut Circle using 10th largest Deckled Circles die from Basic White cardstock
Stamp sloth on Basic White circle using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink
Colour using Blends - Gray Granite
Cut vine from Parakeet Party cardstock using Die
Adhere vine above Sloth.
Trim off excess
Adhere circle to Mossy Meadow circle

Lay small circle slightly under medium circle with small circle at top. Poke a hole using Piercing Tool. Insert brad
Lay medium circle slightly under large circle with medium circle at top. Poke a hole using Piercing Tool. Insert brad
If you want a place to write a note, Cut Circle using 6th largest Deckled Circles die from Basic White cardstock. Adhere to back of large circle.

Techniques Across the Border

Join Lorraine and I and learn (or learn more) about a new technique each month. Our class will be held via Zoom on the 3rd Saturday of the month from 9:30am to 11:30am Pacific. We will explore the technique and make 4 projects in each class.

There are 2 options for each class:

Option 1 - Class Cost $45 and includes 4 projects and a selection of supplies you need to make the projects

Option 2 - If you have the products for the technique - Class Cost FREE with an order of at least $45 before shipping and taxes

Saturday, April 20 - 9:30 - 11:30am Pacific - Watercolour Techniques

Registration for each class closes on the last Wednesday of the month.

If you can't join the class live, you will get a copy of the recorded video.

Monthly Card Club

I'm excited to be offering a Monthly Card Club either In Person or by mail. Each month I will select a stamp set or bundle to feature. You will make 3 cards with envelopes and receive 1/2 package of Designer Series Paper, package of Embellishments and a roll of ribbon or embossing folder. Cost is $45 In Person (or local pick up) and $50 mailed.
