I shared a similar card last month that I created using watercolour techniques. This card is more abstract and is created by spritzing the Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper before stamping the images. I love how these images turn out.

Instructions

Cut Mossy Meadow cardstock 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and score at 4 1/4". Fold and burnish on scoreline using Bone Folder to form card base
Cut Pecan Pie cardstock 4"x 5 1/4"
Cut Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper 3 3/4" x 5"
Cut mountains from Pecan Pie cardstock using Die
Adhere to Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper
Spritz a second piece of Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper with water.
Ink up tree stamp with Old Olive ink
Stamp on Watercolor Paper
Let dry and cut out using Die
Adhere to card base using Dimensionals
Cut Very Vanilla cardstock 1 1/4" x 2"
Stamp sentiment using Pecan Pie ink
Cut Pecan Pie cardstock 1 1/2" x 2 1/4"
Adhere sentiment to Pecan Pie using Dimensionals
Adhere to card base
Adhere Metallic Dots
Cut Very Vanilla cardstock 4" x 5 1/4"
Stamp trees in bottom right corner using Mossy Meadow ink
Adhere to inside of card

Techniques Across the Border

Join Lorraine and I and learn (or learn more) about a new technique each month. Our class will be held via Zoom on the 3rd Saturday of the month from 9:30am to 11:30am Pacific. We will explore the technique and make 4 projects in each class.

There are 2 options for each class:

Monthly Card Club

I'm excited to be offering a Monthly Card Club either In Person or by mail. Each month I will select a stamp set or bundle to feature.
