Stampin' Dreams Blog Hop - August 2025 - Fun in the Sun

Today I'm hopping other Stampin' Up! Demonstrators in the Stampin' Dreams Blog Hop. The theme this month is "Fun in the Sun"! I love the retro feel of the Boho Vibes Suite from the Stampin' Up!® Annual Catalogue and love the sun that you can stamp! It's perfect for some fun in the sun!

I created a Concertina card using the Everyday Arches Dies to cut the pieces for the card base and then adhered them together with strips of cardstock. So easy and definitely gives a "wow" feel when you open the card.

Instructions

Cut 3 arches from Secret Sea cardstock using the largest Everyday Arches Dies.
Cut 2 pieces of Secret Sea cardstock 2" x 5 1/4" and score each at 3 1/2".
Adhere a piece of the Secret Sea cardstock behind 2 of the arches with the scoreline in between the two arches.
The card folds in mountain/valley configuration.
Repeat to adhere the third arch to the second.
Cut 2 arches from 2 different patterns of Designer Series Paper using the 2nd largest arch die.
Adhere to the first and third arch.
Cut arch from Basic White cardstock using the 2nd largest arch die.
Stamp sun on bottom of Basic White arch using Darling Duckling ink.
Stamp sentiment above sun using Secret Sea ink
Adhere to the middle arch.
Cut arch from Secret Sea cardstock using the 3rd smallest arch die
Cut arch from Basic White cardstock using the 2nd smallest arch die.
Stamp sentiment on Basic White arch on the right hand end of the die cut using Secret Sea ink
Adhere to the Secret Sea arch
Adhere to the left side of the card base using Dimensional.s
Stamp stem on Basic White cardstock using Darling Duckling ink.
Cut out using Paper Snips
Adhere to the left side of the sentiment label.
Cut out rainbow from Secret Sea cardstock using Die.
Adhere to the last arch.
Stamp small sun on Basic White cardstock using Darling Duckling ink
Cut out using Paper Snips
Adhere above rainbow.
Adhere embellishments to front of card.
