Festive Friday Challenge - #FF0215 - World Photography Day
It's time for another Festive Friday Challenge! Every second Friday we post a challenge for you with a specific theme and an Inspo List of 10 items to choose from to create your project. We encourage you to create a project based on the theme and Inspo List and then post it using at least 3 items from the inspiration list.
Your goal is to simply use three or more items from the inspiration list on your project and link up! #festivefridaychallenge At Festive Friday, you do not need to actually celebrate the occasion. I hope you’ll make a card, scrapbook page or 3-D project and join us. You don’t need a blog to enter Festive Friday. Check out this link on how you can play along with this challenge. This week’s challenge FF #0215 World Photography Day
I chose Black, White, Glossy Card and "Smile" sentiment for this pretty card featuring a sneak peek from the upcoming Sep to Dec Catalogue - Radiant Sunflowers! I love this new suite and especially the Radiant Foils Specialty Paper - my "glossy" addition to the card.
Instructions
- Cut Basic Black cardstock 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and score at 4 1/4".
- Fold and burnish on scoreline using Bone Folder to form cardbase.
- Cut Foil paper 4" x 5 1/4"
- Cut Golden Glow cardstock using 2nd largest scallop die
- Adhere to foil paper
- Adhere to card base.
- Stamp flower image on Basic White cardstock using Black ink.
- Colour with Golden Glow, Pecan Pie and Peaceful Pine Stampin' Blends.
- Colour over flowers using Golden Glow Shimmer Brush.
- Cut out using Die
- Stamp sentiment on Basic White cardstock using Black ink
- Cut out with scissors.
- Adhere flower to left side of scallop rectangle using Dimensionals
- Tie a loopy bow from Mossy Meadow & Vanilla Ribbon
- Adhere to card base
- Adhere sentiment over bow using Dimensionals
- Adhere embellishments
- Cut Basic White cardstock 4" x 5 1/4'
- Cut Foil Paper 3/4" x 5 1/4"
- Adhere to the bottom of the Basic White cardstock
- Adhere to the inside of the card.
