Welcome to our July 2026 Paper Pumpkin Possibilities blog hop featuring the Hooray Birthday Kit. This kit is amazing - lots of flowers to choose from to create very pretty cards!

The kit makes 9 cards: 3 each of 3 designs with 9 coordinating envelopes

Holographic foil accents
Precut paper pieces and printed stickers
Coordinating colors: Basic Black, Darling Duckling, Hydrangea Hue, Melon Mambo, Old Olive, Timid Tiger (Stampin’ Spot)

These beautiful easel cards to brighten someones birthday!

Here are the cards you can make with the kit. Which is your favourite?

Now, here is my alternative project. It is a backfold card. So easy to make!

Instructions

Score card base at 2 1/8". Fold and burnish on both scorelines and fold in a mountain/valley configuration
Adhere stem onto oval label.
Adhere 3 large flowers and 2 small flowers - your choice of colours onto stem using Dimensionals.
Adhere flower centre onto flowers.
Adhere "happy" sticker
Stamp "birthday wishes" onto label using Timid Tiger ink
Cut off the "wishes"
Adhere "birthday" sentiment below "happy" using Dimensionals.
Adhere the left side of the oval to the left flap of the card base
Adhere 3 more flower to a second oval label
Stamp "hugs & wishes" in middle of oval using Timid Tiger ink
Adhere to the inside of the card directly under the front oval
