Festive Friday Challenges FF#0214 - National Friendship Day

It's time for another Festive Friday Challenge! Every second Friday we post a challenge for you with a specific theme and an Inspo List of 10 items to choose from to create your project. We encourage you to create a project based on the theme and Inspo List and then post it using at least 3 items from the inspiration list.

Your goal is to simply use three or more items from the inspiration list on your project and link up! #festivefridaychallenge At Festive Friday, you do not need to actually celebrate the occasion. I hope you’ll make a card, scrapbook page or 3-D project and join us. You don’t need a blog to enter Festive Friday. Check out this link on how you can play along with this challenge. This week’s challenge FF #0214 National Friendship Day

I chose Pastel Colours, Tag Shape and Flowers for this pretty card featuring Moonlit Flora.

Instructions

Cut Golden Glow cardstock 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and score at 4 1/4". Fold and burnish on scoreline using Bone Folder to form card base.
Cut Secret Sea cardstock 4" x 5 1/4"
Emboss using Fern & Flora embossing folder.
Cut 10-12 strips of Designer Series Paper 1/2" x 6". Save one strip for inside of card
Adhere the first strip on an angle starting about 2" from bottom left side of embossed cardstock
Adhere the remaining strips at 90 degrees to that first piece
Trim off excess.
Cut out flowers, flower centres, stems and swordtail fronds from Peaceful Pine and Crisp Cantaloupe Pearlized Specialty Paper using Dies
Adhere to the card base
Cut out label from Basic White cardstock and Crisp Cantaloupe Pearlized Specialty Paper
Cut Crisp Cantaloupe label in half lengthwise.
Stamp sentiment on Basic White label using Secret Sea ink
Adhere Crisp Cantaloupe pieces behind stamped label
Adhere to card base using Dimensionals.
Adhere centres to flowers and adhere around sentiment label
Adhere embellishments.
Cut Basic White cardstock 4" x 5 1/4"
Adhere Designer Series Paper to the bottom
Adhere to the inside of the card.
