Sincerely Santa Tag Kit - Oh my gosh, so adorable!

It was as fun way to spend a Sunday afternoon with some friends making the Sincerely Santa Tag Kit.  This kit is so adorable and is easy to make.  It's perfect for all your tag needs, but is also a perfect gift in the cute green striped tin!



The kit makes 30 tags - 6 of 5 different designs.  In the kit you get:
  • 30 printed tags: 6 each of 5 designs in 2 sizes, 4" x 2" (10.2 x 5.1 cm) and 3-9/16" x 3-1/4" (9 x 8.3 cm)
  • Cardstock
  • Gold foil
  • Silver foil die-cut elements
  • White Baker's Twine, 10 yards (9.1 m) 
  • 12 mini jingle bells
  • Garden Green 3/8" (1 cm) Cotton Ribbon, 5 yards (4.6 m)
  • Real Red 3/8" (1 cm) Double Stitched RIbbon, 2 yards (1.8 m)
  • Printed Garden Green/white candy-striped tin, 4" x 4" x 4-3/4" (10.2 x 10.2 x 12.1 cm)

Dashing Deer Meets Festive Farmhouse

I've come to realize that I'm a sucker for traditional Christmas colours so the combination of colours in the Festive Farmhouse Designer Series Paper immediately popped out at me.  Today I'm sharing a card that features this Designer Series Paper with the Dashing Deer Stamp Bundle.  It makes me feel like sitting in front of a warm fire with a cup of hot chocolate!


It was a quick and easy card to put together!

You can create so many beautiful cards with Lilypad Lake!

I recently participated in a card swap with the Canada Inks Up! Team. The theme of the swap was to CASE (Copy and Share Everything) a card from one of the Stampin' Up! catalogues. I decided to CASE a card using the Lilypad Lake stamps and coordinating framelits. 

It's feeling a lot like fall on the West Coast and this stampset makes me think of my time on our boat. The boat is put to bed for the winter, but just looking at the stamps made me remember our summer. For the swap card, I CASE'd a card created by one of the amazing Concept Artists at Stampin' Up! on page 133 of the Annual Catalogue. What better place to turn for inspiration. Often, when my creativity mojo has taken a break, I open the catalogue and look for inspiration. This card was no exception. Check it out! 

Can you see how the legs of the heron are tucked in-between the openings of the waves!  I love how this was done.  I would have just adhered the heron on top, but the Concept Artist had a much better idea!

Here's a second card I made using the same stamp set.


This one was a little less fussy to make and I really like the clean and simple look.

Holiday Helper 2018

I can't believe the holidays are approaching so quickly! As a "thank you", I will be sending out a special holiday gift to my subscribers.
