Another cute card featuring the Merry Moose Bundle

I've been sharing some adorable cards for Christmas made using the Merry Moose Bundle.  I absolutely love this bundle and I hope you do too!  Today my card uses In Good Taste Designer Series Paper and Merry Merlot - a little bit of a different colour combination but it looks so elegant!




Instructions

  1. Cut Merry Merlot cardstock 4 1/4" x 11" and fold in half to form card base.
  2. Cut Designer Series Paper 4" x 5 1/4" and adhere to card base using Stampin' Seal.
  3. Cut Whisper White cardstock 1 5/8" x 4 1/4"
  4. Cut Merry Merlot cardstock 1 1/2" x 4" and emboss using the Tasteful Textile embossing folder.
  5. Adhere to the Whisper White cardstock using Stampin' Seal.
  6. Tie a piece of Linen Thread around top and tie a bow.
  7. Adhere to the card base using Dimensionals.
  8. Stamp moose on a scrap of Whisper White cardstock using Early Espresso ink.
  9. Stamp inside of moose using Early Espresso ink stamped off twice.
  10. Punch out using Moose Punch.  Adhere to Merry Merlot embossed piece using Dimensionals.
  11. Cut Whisper White cardstock 1/2" x 3" and cut flag ends using the Banners Pick a Punch.
  12. Stamp sentiment using Merry Merlot ink.
  13. Adhere to card base using Stamping Seal on left end and Dimensionals on right end.
  14. Adhere Gilded Gems
  15. Cut Whisper White cardstock 4" x 5 1/4"
  16. Stamp moose outline in bottom left and sentiment in the centre using Early Espresso ink.
  17. Adhere to inside of card using Stampin' Seal.

    Merry Moose Slimline Card

    Today I'm sharing a Slimline card that I made using the Merry Moose Bundle and the Buffalo Check stampset.  It's been fun playing with this bundle!  Isn't this cute!


    Instructions

    1. Cut Early Espresso cardstock 7" x 8 1/2" and fold in half to form card base.
    2. Cut Real Red cardstock 2 1/2" x 7 1/2"
    3. Adhere to the card base using Stampin' Seal
    4. Cut Whisper White cardstock 2 1/2" x 2 3/4"
    5. Stamp Buffalo Check using Real Red ink
    6. Adhere to card base approximately 1" from right hand side of Real Red cardstock
    7. Cut Whisper White cardstock 1 1/2" x 2 1/2"
    8. Stamp sentiment using Real Red ink and snow flakes using Early Espresso ink.
    9. Cut Early Espresso cardstock 1 5/8" x 2 5/8"
    10. Adhere Whisper White stamped piece to Early Espresso cardstock using Stampin' Seal.
    11. Adhere to card base approximately 1/2" from left hand side of Buffalo Check piece using Dimensionals.
    12. Cut out Stitched Circle from Whisper White cardstock using largest Stitched Circle die.
    13. Stamp tree on left hand side of circle using Early Espresso ink (stamped off twice)
    14. On a scrap of Whisper White cardstock, stamp Moose outline using Early Espresso ink.
    15. Stamp inside of Moose using Early Espresso ink (stamped off twice)
    16. Adhere to circle using Dimensionals.
    17. Stamp snow flakes on top of moose using Early Espresso ink.
    18. Stamp scarf using Real Red ink on a scrap of Whisper White cardstock.
    19. Fussy cut using Paper Snips and adhere to moose using a Glue Dot or Stampin' Seal.
    20. Cut 4" of ribbon and fold in half.  Tuck under left side of circle and adhere with Stampin' Seal.
    21. Adhere circle to left hand side of card base using Dimensionals.
    22. Cut Whisper White cardstock 3 1/4" x 8 1/4"
    23. Stamp Moose outline using Early Espresso ink on bottom left
    24. Stamp sentiment using Early Espresso ink in middle of Whisper White piece
    25. Adhere to the inside of card base using Stampin' Seal.

    Merry Moosemas!

    I had so much fun playing with the Merry Moose bundle!  I'll be sharing my cards over the next few days.  The images and sentiments in the stampset are so much fun!  Check out today's card (maybe you'll get the pun when you see the card).




    Instructions

    1. Cut Crumb Cake cardstock 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and fold in half to form card base.
    2. Cut Cherry Cobbler cardstock 4" x 5 1/4"
    3. Stamp with the Buffalo Check stampset using Early Espresso ink.
    4. Adhere to the card base using Stampin' Seal.
    5. Cut Crumb Cake cardstock 1 1/2" x 4" and adhere to the card base using Stampin' Seal.
    6. Stamp moose outline image using Early Espresso ink on a piece of Whisper White cardstock.
    7. Stamp inside of moose using Early Espresso ink stamped off twice.
    8. Cut out using second largest Stitched Circle Die.
    9. Adhere to card base using Dimensionals.
    10. Cut Whisper White cardstock 1" x 2 1/2"
    11. Stamp sentiment using Cherry Cobbler ink.
    12. Cut flag ends using Banners Pick a Punch.
    13. Adhere to card base using Dimensionals - 1 layer on left end and 2 layers on right end.
    14. Slide 2 jingle bells onto Linen Thread and tie a bow. Adhere to card base using a Glue Dot.

    Festive Friday #0072 - Thanksgiving

     It's time for another Festive Friday Challenge!  Every second Friday we post a challenge for you with a specific theme and a Inspo List of 10 items to choose from to create your project.  We encourage you to create a project based on the theme and Inspo List and then post it using at least 3 items from the inspiration list.

    This week’s challenge #FF0071 is World Kindness Day on November 13th. Your goal is to simply use three or more items from the inspiration list on your project and link up! #festivefridaychallenge  At Festive Friday, you do not need to actually celebrate the occasion. I hope you’ll make a card, scrapbook page or 3-D project and join us. You don’t need a blog to enter Festive Friday. Check out this link on how you can play along with this challenge.     For today's challenge, I selected a thankful theme, food, burlap/twine, leaves, pumpkins and watercolouring from this week’s Inspo List.  I hope you will join us in our challenge this week. I can’t wait to see what YOU create. 

    My card today is a Fancy Fold Book Bookmark Card.  I was inspired by Theresa Brown from Australia who shared her card and also by Rachel Tessman who shared the measurements for her card.  My card features the Autumn Goodness Stampset, Gilded Autumn Designer Series Paper and Copper Foil.

    Wouldn't you love to get a card like this in the mail!


    The bookmark can be removed and used over and over again!

    Instructions

    1. Cut Early Espresso cardstock 5 1/2" x 8 1/2"
    3. Using your Paper Trimmer, cut 1" from edge on 8 1/2" side from 1" to 5 1/4"
    4. Repeat on the other side of the cardstock
    5. Turn your cardstock and score at 1", 2" and 5 1/4 from left edge on 5 1/2" side from 1" to 4 1/2"
    6. Score at 4 1/4" from top edge to 1" and from 4 1/2" to bottom edge
    7. Score at 6 3/8" from top to bottom
    8. Fold along scored lines accordian style with the middle piece folding to the inside.
    9. Cut Copper Foil 4 1/8" x 5 3/8".  Cut at 7/8" along 4 1/8" side 3 3/8".  Repeat on bottom
    10. Turn the Foil Sheet and cut from 7/8" to 4 1/2".
    11. Emboss piece using Tasteful Textile embossing folder.
    12. Adhere to the front of your
    13. Cut Copper Foil 2" x 5 3/8".  Cut at 7/8" along 2" side 1" long.  Repeat at bottom
    14. Turn the Foil Sheet and cut from 7/8" to 4 1/2"
    15. Emboss piece using Tasteful Textile embossing folder.
    16. Adhere to the middle front piece of card base using Stampin' Seal.
    17. Cut Designer Series Paper 7/8" x 3 3/8" and adhere to side piece of inside fold using Stampin' Seal.
    18. Cut Designer Series Paper 3 1/8" x 3 3/8" and adhere to inside fold of card using Stampin' Seal.
    19. Cut Designer Series Paper 2" x 5 3/8" and adhere to back fold using Stampin' Seal.
    20. Cut Early Espresso 1" x 3" and score along 1" side at 1/2" and 2 1/2"
    21. Fold the flaps back and adhere to the back fold of card using Stampin' Seal.
    22. Cut Early Espresso cardstock 1 1/2" x 5"
    23. Punch out using Scallop Topper Punch
    24. Cut Copper Foil Sheet 1 1/4" x 4" and emboss using Tasteful Textile embossing folder.
    25. Adhere to Early Espresso tag using Stampin' Seal.
    26. Stamp sentiment on Very Vanilla cardstock and punch out using Classic Label Punch.
    27. Cut sentiment in 2 pieces and adhere to bookmark using Mini Dimensionals.
    28. Attach 6" piece of ribbon and tie in place using Linen Thread.  Tie a bow.
    29. Add 2 leaves using Glue Dots.
    30. On a 3" x 3" piece of Watercolor paper, stamp image using Tuxedo Black Memento ink.  Add Clear Embossing Powder and heat to melt.
    31. Colour using Watercolor Pencils and a Blender Pen.  I used Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight, Early Espresso and Old Olive.
    32. Cut out using label die and adhere to card base using Dimensionals.

    Quite Curvy

     I've been having fun with the Curvy Celebrations Variety Bundle that you can order now through January 4th!  So many ways to create beautiful cards!  My card today feature the Quite Curvy Bundle and is so pretty in lots of shades of green!



    Instructions

    1. Cut Old Olive cardstock 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and fold in half to form card base.
    2. Cut Whisper White cardstock 4" x 5 1/4"
    3. Using curved edge dotted die, cut approximately 3/4" from the bottom with the dots under the cut edge.  
    4. Stamp sentiment in bottom left using Old Olive ink
    5. Adhere to the bottom of the card using Stampin' Seal.
    6. Cut a second time approximately 3" from the top.
    7. Emboss the top piece using the Tasteful Textile Embossing Folder.
    8. Adhere to the top of the card base using Stampin' Seal.
    9. On a piece of Whisper White cardstock, stamp leaf images using Tuxedo Black Memento ink.
    10. Colour using Stampin' Blends:  Old Olive, Granny Apple Green, and Mossy Meadow
    11. Cut out using die.
    12. Adhere to the middle of the card between the Whisper White layers using Dimensionals.
