Welcome to the Blogging Friends Blog Hop.  This month's theme is "Hippity, Hoppity, Easters on it's Way!".  We were challenged to make an Easter Themed Project.  I chose to use the Arrange A Wreath Bundle to create this pretty card for Easter!

I love how this card turned out!  It definitely makes me feel like spring!  I'm excited to announce that the Arrange a Wreath Stamp Set is featured in my Your Creativity Awaits March Card Kit!  More information on how to sign up for the March Kit is available below.

Instructions

  1. Cut Soft Sea Foam cardstock 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and fold in half to form card base.
  2. Cut Basic White cardstock 4" x 5 1/4"
  3. Emboss using Embossing Paste and Mask.  Let dry or use Heat Tool to dry.
  4. Use Blending Brush to brush Soft Sea Foam ink over embossed background
  5. Adhere to card base using Stampin' Seal.
  6. Cut Melon Mambo cardstock 3 5/8" x 3 5/8"
  7. Cut Basic White cardstock 3 1/2" x 3 1/2"
  8. Adhere to the Melon Mambo cardstock using Stampin' Seal.
  9. Cut out wreath from Rainbow Glimmer Paper
  10. Cut out second wreath (leaf shaped) from Soft Sea Foam cardstock
  11. Stamp Easter Eggs in Bumblebee and Melon Mambo
  12. Cut out using die
  13. Adhere Glimmer Wreath on Basic White cardstock piece using Glue Dots
  14. Adhere Soft Sea Foam wreath over glimmer wreath using Mini Dimensionals.
  15. Adhere eggs around wreath using Dimensionals.
  16. Sponge Soft Sea Foam Ink on Ribbon using Blending Brush.
  17. Tie a bow and adhere to wreath using a Glue Dot.
  18. Stamp sentiment on a scrap of Basic White cardstock and adhere in middle of wreath using Dimensionals.
  19. Adhere to card base using Dimensionals.

    Festive Friday 0079 - World Frog Day

     It's time for another Festive Friday Challenge!  Every second Friday we post a challenge for you with a specific theme and a Inspo List of 10 items to choose from to create your project.  We encourage you to create a project based on the theme and Inspo List and then post it using at least 3 items from the inspiration list.

    This week’s challenge #FF0079 is World Frog Day Day. Isn't that a fun day to celebrate!.

    Your goal is to simply use three or more items from the inspiration list on your project and link up! #festivefridaychallenge  At Festive Friday, you do not need to actually celebrate the occasion. I hope you’ll make a card, scrapbook page or 3-D project and join us. You don’t need a blog to enter Festive Friday. Check out this link on how you can play along with this challenge.     For today's challenge I selected green, twine and insects to create this pretty card featuring the Dandy Garden Laser Specialty Paper.  I hope you will join us in our challenge this week. I can’t wait to see what YOU create.

    Instructions

    1. Cut Granny Apple Green cardstock 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and fold in half to form card base.
    2. Cut Pool Party cardstock 3 5/8" x 5 1/8"
    3. Cut Shimmery White cardstock 3 1/2" x 5"
    4. Using Blending Brushes, blend Granny Apple Green, Pool Party and Daffodil Delight ink on Shimmery White cardstock.  Start at the top with Daffodil Delight and work down in bands of about 1 1/2".
    5. Adhere to the Pool Party cardstock using Stampin' Seal.
    6. Adhere to card base using Stampin' Seal.
    7. Adhere the laser cut overlay to the card base using Glue Dots behind the Dragonflies.  If the overlay you're using doesn't have pieces big enough to hide a glue dot, apply Stampin' Seal where the label will go which will hide your adhesive.
    8. Cut 2 pieces of Granny Apple Green 1/2" x 5 1/8" and adhere to card base approximately 1 1/2" from bottom of overlay using Stampin' Seal.
    9. Stamp sentiment on laser cut label using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink
    10. Sponge the edge of the label using your Blending Brush with Daffodil Delight ink.
    11. Adhere to the card base using Dimensionals.
    12. Sponge a Dragonfly with Daffodil Delight Ink and Blending Brush. 
    13. Adhere to the right hand side of label using a Glue Dot.
    14. Cut 2 pieces of Linen Thread approximately 4" long.  Tie a bow and adhere to the right hand side of the label with a Glue Dot.

    Butterfly Bouquet Blog Hop

    Today I'm participating in Kylie's Demonstrator Training Blog Hop.  I'm so excited to be part of this training program again this year and happy to be participating in this Blog Hop with amazing Stampin' Up! Demonstrators from around the world. The purpose of the group is for the group of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators that are part of the program...to share ideas and to learn from each other...to help us in our Stampin' Up! Business. 

    Today you will "hop around the world" and check out the amazing projects created by these very talented demonstrators.  I'm glad you could join us today for this blog hop for ideas and creative inspiration.     The theme of our blog hop today is Butterfly Bouquet!  We are sharing this amazing new product that is being released by Stampin' Up! in advance of the Annual Catalogue that launches at the beginning of May.  The Butterfly Brilliance Bundle will be available for you to purchase starting March 2nd and I know you're going to want it!  

    My card is a fancy fold card and shows off the amazing stamp set as well as the Butterfly Bijou Designer Series Paper and the Natural Touch Specialty Paper.  Both of these papers are only available until May 3rd!



    Instructions
    1. Cut Thick Basic White Cardstock 7" x 5 1/2" and score at 4 1/4".  Fold on score line to create card base.
    2. Cut Natural Touch Specialty Paper 2 1/2" x 5 1/4" and adhere to the small flap using Stampin' Seal.
    3. Cut Butterfly Bijou Designer Series Paper 1 1/2" x 5 1/4" and adhere to the right hand edge of the inside of the card using Stampin' Seal.
    4. Cut a circle from Just Jade cardstock using the largest Stitched Circle Die.
    5. Use the "hashtag" die to create a pattern on the circle.
    6. Stamp a butterfly on Basic White cardstock using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink and cut out using Die.
    7. Colour the butterfly using Stampin' Blends - Calypso Coral, Just Jade and Daffodil Delight.
    8. Adhere to the circle using Dimensionals.
    9. Adhere the circle to the flap using Dimensionals.
    10. Cut a 3 1/2" piece of Just Jade ribbon - fold in half and adhere under Stitched Circle using a Glue Dot.
    11. Adhere Artistry Blooms Sequins.
    12. Stamp sentiment on a scrap of Basic White cardstock using Just Jade ink. 
    13. Fussy cut using Paper Snips
    14. Adhere to card base using Mini Dimensionals.
