Casually Crafting Blog Hop - November 2023

I'm back with another casual card for the Casually Crafting Blog Hop. We're a group of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators that love to stamp and love to share. We share card and projects that are simple and easy to create with a few products and are perfect for the beginner and casual stamper. Our blog hop goes live on the third Saturday of each month. I hope you'll join us and "hop" around our group to be inspired!

This month we were challenged with a Colour Challenge. So pretty with Soft Seafoam, Balmy Blue and Smoky Slate.

I used the Textured Florals Stamp Set to create this pretty card. Just inks, stamp and paper! Oh, and of course some embellishments!

Instructions

Cut Balmy Blue cardstock 4 1/4" x 11" and score at 5 1/2". Fold and burnish on scoreline to form card base.
Cut Smoky Slate cardstock 4" x 5 1/4"
Cut Soft Seafoam cardstock 3 3/4" x 5"
Stamp Soft Seafoam cardstock with splatter image using Soft Seafoam ink
Adhere to Smoky Slate cardstock
Adhere to card base
Cut Basic White cardstock 3" x 3"
Stamp flower on Basic White using Balmy Blue ink
Stamp flower on Masking Paper and cut out using Paper Snips
Place over stamped flower
Stamp leaves using Soft Seafoam ink
Remove masking paper gently
Stamp splatter using Smoky Slate ink
Stamp flower centre using Smoky Slate ink
Adhere to card base using Dimensionals
Wrap Baker's Twine around card base and tie a bow
Stamp sentiment on Basic White cardstock using Balmy Blue ink
Cut out using Paper Snips
Adhere over bow using Dimensionals
Adhere Blue Pastel Sequins
Cut Basic White cardstock 4" x 5 1/4"
Stamp flower in bottom right corner using Balmy Blue ink
Stamp flower centre using Smoky Slate ink
Adhere to the inside of the card.
