Magnolia Moods Thanks Card

Sometimes you find a card layout that calls to you! At the recent OnStage event in Rotterdam I attend the After Hours event and I loved one of the layouts we used. I tweaked it a bit for today's card using the Magnolia Moods Stamp Set. I love this stamp which is a Stampin' Up! Online Exclusive. Hope you do too!

You can do so much with this layout - stamp on the cardstock like I did, emboss it like i did in the card I sure on April 6th, use Designer Series Paper. Your choice!

Instructions

Cut Smoky Slate cardstock 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and score at 4 1/4". Fold and burnish on scoreline using Bone Folder to form card base.
Cut 3 pieces of Petal Pink cardstock 1 1/2" x 4"
Stamp image on each piece using Petal Pink ink.
Adhere to card base evenly spaced
Cut Basic White cardstock 1" x 5"
Use Blending Brushes to add Petal Pink and Smoky Slate ink
Use leaf image to stamp on cardstock - stamped off
Adhere to card base
Cut Basic White cardstock 1/2" x 4 3/4"
Stamp sentiment using Smoky Slate ink
Adhere at an angle across blended piece using Dimensionals
Tie a bow using White Baker's Twine
Adhere to card base
Adhere embelllishments

Techniques Across the Border

Join Lorraine and I and learn (or learn more) about a new technique each month. Our class will be held via Zoom on the 3rd Saturday of the month from 9:30am to 11:30am Pacific. We will explore the technique and make 4 projects in each class.

There are 2 options for each class:

Option 1 - Class Cost $45 and includes 4 projects and a selection of supplies you need to make the projects

Option 2 - If you have the products for the technique - Class Cost FREE with an order of at least $45 before shipping and taxes

Class Costs and Dates:

Saturday, June 28 - 9:30 - 11:30am Pacific - Embossing

You need Embossing Powder and Versamark for this class - Class Cost FREE with an order of at least $45 before shipping and taxes

Registration for each class closes on the last Wednesday of the month.

If you can't join the class live, you will get a copy of the recorded video.

Monthly Card Club

I'm excited to be offering a Monthly Card Club either In Person or by mail. Each month I will select a stamp set or bundle to feature.

This month the club features the Take to the Sky Suite from the Stampin' Up! 2024-2024 Annual Catalogue. Add the stamp set to your order for an additional $44.76 Add the bundle (stamp set and dies) and your class is free!

You will make 3 cards with envelopes and receive 1/2 package of Designer Series Paper, package Industrial Trinkets and Metal Plate Embossing Folder (can be substitued). The In Person classes will be held on the last Sunday of each month from 10am to 12noon or 1-3pm. Space will be limited to 4 people per class.
